What are sprints in Agile?

Sprints in Agile are fixed time periods, usually ranging from one to four weeks, during which a specific set of work has to be completed and made ready for review. The goal of each sprint is to achieve a potentially shippable product increment. Teams plan for what work can be accomplished during a sprint, and at the end, they review the work and discuss improvements for future sprints.

Sprints enable iterative development and continuous improvement, allowing teams to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements and feedback.
