How many hours a day a Scrum Master works can vary. On average, Scrum Masters spend at least 15 hours a week with one team. However, they often manage multiple teams, which adds to their workload.
Daily tasks may include around an hour preparing for the day and handling meetings, plus up to two hours reviewing team reports.
