What are PMO models?

A PMO governance model defines the way a Project Management Office oversees and directs projects to achieve alignment with organisational objectives. Typical models are centralised, which offers full control; hub-and-spoke, providing a BAlanced approach; and distributed, focusing on decentralisation.
