What is PM in Agile?

PM in Agile refers to the responsibilities of an Agile project manager, who oversees projects from inception to completion in an Agile way. They require adaptable skills and strong organisational abilities to manage complex tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Since Agile method are applied in iterative and incremental ways, a PM in Agile will work in ways which contrasts with the traditional linear approach to projects known as 'waterfall'.
